Position Summary
Our
Premise Technicians are often the face of the Company providing our customers with world-class service and installation. You will work independently and as part of a team installing, disconnecting, troubleshooting and repairing all facets of our network.
Responsibilities:
- Install services including voice, video, and data, complete work orders; become/be familiar with safety and installation manuals, test equipment, and cable telecommunications network.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
- Stock vehicle and maintain proper inventory levels
- Provide all associated paperwork in a timely manner.
- Take advantage of Company provided training
- Continually improve product knowledge
- Participate as required in on-call, evening, and/or shift work hours upon eligibility
- Maintain workforce utilization level as required
Qualifications:
- Field Experience (helpful but not necessary)
- Excellent customer-oriented attitude, and team player.
- Current driver’s license
- Physical capabilities including climbing and lifting up to 75 pounds
- Must pass BPI certification testing within first 12 months
