Print Manager

Pay: $40k-50k Per Year (Negotiable Based on Experience)

North Minneapolis

We're currently looking for a skilled print production manager. This individual will be required to facilitate all incoming and outgoing projects. Using our proprietary in-house job management software, the print manager will generate and send out quotes, follow up on said quotes, generate work orders, and lastly create invoices upon completion of print projects. With the assistance from our field support representative, you will be trained on various channels we utilize to market and grow our business, as well as using our proprietary pricing and job management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Customer-oriented, professional communication skills.
• Time management/prioritization.
• Knowledge of paper brands and types.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Konica Minolta digital printers or other series machines (Xerox, Ricoh, Canon).
• Experience with print bindery / finishing equipment (cutters, folders, creasers, coil/comb punch).

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production workflow and facilitation of all projects as they come in and leave the shop.
• Utilization of our proprietary pricing and job management software to facilitate said jobs and job workflow (Training on software will be provided by our support team).
• Answer phones and greet clients as they enter our office.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases.
• Letting clients know about additional products or services.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions.
• Escalating queries and concerns to the business owner as needed.
