Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. $22-23 an hour on 1stshift. The ideal candidate will have experience in product testing and documentation in a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and that our production processes adhere to all necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conducting product testing and inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards

· Documenting test results and maintaining accurate records of product testing and inspections

· Identifying and addressing quality issues in the production process

· Collaborating with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process

· Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols

· Communicating quality issues and concerns to management

· Performing root cause analysis on quality issues and developing corrective actions

· Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and production processes

· Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification preferred

· At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field in a manufacturing environment

· Experience with product testing and documentation

· Knowledge of quality control principles and techniques

· Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
