We are a husband and wife team in Texas that buys and sells raw land, as well as invests in rental real estate. We pride ourselves on giving personal service to everyone we encounter. We send direct mail to landowners. Interested leads call in and are screened by our call center. Viable leads will then be called by you to close the deal. $500 bonus per closed deal in addition to hourly pay!

This job would be perfect for someone already in a real estate sales position who is looking to make some extra money in between sales calls. Expect between 0-10 hours per week.

Duties include:
- Calling leads and closing deals!
- Conducting basic due diligence on properties
- Running comps
- Maintaining record keeping in our CRM (Followup Boss)
- Maintaining a Do Not Contact list

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. Real estate sales experience is required. Must be 100% ethical, willing to submit to a criminal background check, and be able to operate independantly. Our customer base is largely Hispanic, so Spanish fluency is highly desired.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
