Receptionist/Cashier

Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist / Cashier to answer telephones, receive the public, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates for this position will have a professional mindset and demeanor, be detail-oriented, have proficient computer skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities for Receptionist/Cashier:

• Directs visitors to proper locations
• Communicates with residents daily
• Balances cash drawers
• Performs clerical duties
• Handles emergency situations in accordance with established protocols

Qualifications required for Receptionist/Cashier:

• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Publisher
• Previous receptionist experience
• Maintain confidentiality
• Basic math skills
• Enjoy working with people of all ages
• Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions
• Flexibility with your schedule to fill in with short notice

Physical Demands for Receptionist/Cashier:

• Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted
• Endurance to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.75 per hour
