Job Description:

• Responsible for finding and hiring top talent for open positions

• Handle onboarding for agency and non-agency candidates

• 
  Create new employee files, update health tracker, conduct background checks, and seek references

• Develop job descriptions

• 
  Identify hiring needs and come up with fresh ideas on how to reach top talent

• 
  Conduct interviews

• Manage recruitment database and run reports for management on a regular basis

• Crosstrain on all aspects of HR and provide coverage when needed

• 
  Be available to assist staff with HR questions

• Other duties as directed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required. College degree is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting required. Experience in healthcare Recruitment preferred.
