CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


Description:
The Customer Service Representative reports to and is responsible for assisting the National Parts Operations Supervisor/Manager in the overall performance of the Parts Department with emphasis on providing parts assistance to dealerships and customers while working effectively with peers to achieve departmental goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and interpret parts descriptions given by dealers/customers through the following sources to determine the correct part number:
    • Product Development Prints
    • QRL (Quick Reference List)
    • Parts Catalogs
    • Print Books
    • Gensuite- Online catalog for dealers/customers
    • SAP – Data ERP system
    • Saleforce- Contact Management System
  • Prepare return goods authorizations and determine the root cause
  • Receive and process parts orders via phone and email
  • Provide information to our customers with regards to backorders, recommended part substitutions, part pricing and/or part availability
  • Maintain historical records and data for parts research
  • Increase policy and product knowledge in order to provide quality service to our customers
  • Entering all customer correspondences via Salesforce (management contact base system)
  • Logging into phone hunt group to take calls from customers- normally 60+ a day in busy summer months

    • Previous Customer Service or RV Knowledge

    • Effective listener- able to absorb a lot of information given trainer and customer

    • Willingness and ability to be coached and grow within the REV
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SAP and Salesforce
