Residential Supervisor will oversee schedules for each employee assigned to the ISS. They will provide guidance and/or assistance with activities/schedules, daily living needs, assisting support staff in increasing each client’s personal skill levels and assist them to further their independence within their home and community according to the provision of services outlined in the consumers Individual Program Plan (IPP) as agreed upon by the Individual Development Team (IDT). In addition to all the Companion responsibilities the Residential Supervisor will oversee the entire Residential Program for the clients and apartments they supervisor. Residential companions report to them directly. The Residential Supervisor provides direct care services and is held accountable for 40 hours of billing each week.

The Residential Supervisor is responsible for creating an activity schedule for evenings and weekends and seeking approval from the Residential Manger while gaining input from companions as well as overseeing the implementation of the activity schedule.

The Residential Supervisor will oversee facilitating monthly meetings with the residential staff, giving updates, reviewing concerns and praising positive accomplishments. In addition, providing on the job training staff which includes but limited to completing timesheets, review timesheets and progress notes of direct care staff.

Must have:

• Open availability, be able to work any shift, and be available to work weekends
• Availability to work overtime when needed
• Available to be on call

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21
• Have High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance
• Have Residential Supervisory Experience
