Upper East Side local Irish Bar & Restaurant looking for a floor manager. Looking for an outgoing person who will manager staff while also engage with customers. This is a Wednesday - Sunday position, with 35hrs per week.
The right candidate will be responsible for front of house scheduling and coordinating time off for staff. You would be the point of contact for handling any customer disputes. Ensuring service is carried out in a timely and pleasant manner. Ensuring the restaurant and bar are maintaining all levels of hygiene ( Must have NYC Food Handlers Certificate). Ensuring setup for parties is coordinated. Coordinating with host to ensure a smooth service. Assisting during service if needed.
Hourly pay $25.
