Job description
Our organization is looking for a Home Care Nurse to provide quality care to our patients in their homes. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in home health and be able to provide comprehensive nursing services, including assessments, treatments, and patient education. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and be comfortable with providing care in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home health care services to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient's condition and develop a plan of care.
- Monitor patient's progress and adjust the plan of care as needed.
- Provide patient and family education on disease process, medications, and lifestyle changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Document patient's condition and care provided in a timely manner.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $37.00 per hour
