Job description
St. Martha School is looking for a lunchroom supervisor for the 23-24 school year. Duties include serving food in a safe manner compliant with the Ingham County Health Department and State of Michigan Regulations and supervising student behavior during their lunch period. Lunches are delivered from Lansing Catholic High School. The supervisor plates and serves the food along with parent volunteers that assist. Lunchroom supervisors will generally work 2 -2.5 hours per day during the school year from August to June.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience working with children
- Ability to ensure the safety and security of students
- Ability to communicate with staff, students, and volunteers
- Willingness to work with students with different needs and capabilities
- Ability to work as a team player
- Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma
