Due to our explosive growth in both the handyman and contracting services, we are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative who is passionate about providing solutions for customers. The ideal candidate for this role is personable, energetic, and has demonstrated experience and success in the construction industry.

The Day to Day


  • Identify and manage new business prospects and opportunities for residential and commercial construction for our handyman company, and upsell larger projects for our construction company.
  • Develop a lead generation strategy for inbound leads through our websites, direct mailing and social media networks as well as outbound leads through email campaigns, cold-calling, networking, trade-shows and bidding platforms.
  • Manage and follow-up on customer leads in a timely manner and arrange for meetings to evaluate project scope.
  • Communicate and engage with customers on an on-going basis throughout the sales process and after completion of the project.
  • Review project documents or customer requirements and craft bid proposals with project scope and pricing for presentation to clients.
  • Maintain reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship challenges.

What You’ll Need to Have


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction field
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficient at pricing projects and crafting bid proposals in the construction realm, both residential and commercial
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients and industry professionals
  • Persuasive personality with the ability to withstand typical objections in the sales process
  • Competitive and goal-oriented personality
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal and motor vehicle background screening.
  • Willingness to take a short Predictive Index personality survey for compatibility with the team


Other Details

Work Schedule: full-time position, Monday-Friday
Health Benefits (100% company paid for employee only coverage), PTO and Paid Holidays
Salary: $52,000 Base salary PLUS commission (no cap)
Job Location: Work from home, work in our Haverhill office once it's established and travel to locations within NH and MA
