Project Coordinator

LOCATION: NW Houston

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Schedule, verify, and track installations with crews of contractors

· Point person for communication with customers in the field as well as installation crews.

· Coordinate last minute requests for add-on materials or items, including entering purchase orders and communicating with customers to get approval of additional costs.

· Coordinate with warehouses and purchasing groups

· Follow up tracking for satisfaction

· Helping other team members when needed

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or other relevant business experience.

· Experience with customer service and interaction.

· Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, costing orders and managing inventory stock levels.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail.

· Strong team player.

· Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.

· Willingness to learn.

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.

· Possess strong problem-solving skills.

· Possess strong time management skills.

· Not intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
