Job Description
- Enrolls new students and obtains, verifies, and passes along a variety of student records such as grades, transcripts, immunization records, cumulative folders, and general student data in a respectful and confidential manner
- Work in collaboration with other school personnel on the coordination, scheduling, and execution of school events
- Perform general office duties including answering multi-line phones, greeting the public, typing, filing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Requisition, order, distribute, and forward invoices for department purchases
- Greets visitors and either assist them or refer them to appropriate staff members
- Maintains appointment calendars, and arranges meetings for the Guidance Department
- Supports the Guidance Department and works in collaboration with Directors and other Central Office staff on special education records, homelessness status, student data for reporting, truancy, residency, tuition, extra-curricular eligibility, and more

Job Requirements
- Excellent computer and communication skills are needed. Experience with PowerSchool and Tyler Infinite Visions programs is highly desired. Experience with similar student information systems and/or accounting software will also be considered. Must have the ability to pass a full background check.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
