It's A Secret Med Spa is looking for an Accountant to join its Corporate Headquarters Team in Las Colinas, Texas. The perfect candidate is confident, reliable, and results oriented. This is a challenging position in a fast-paced environment and requires a highly motivated, internally driven self-starter. Salary: $75,000-$80,000 plus potential performance compensation

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain integrity of General Ledger accounting system

• Prepare & Post bank transactions and journal entries

• Assist with Accounts Payable functions

• Assist in general month-end balance sheet & income statement reconciliations

• Assist with preparation of Monthly financial statements

• Review budget variance analysis

• Prepare vendor analysis reports and trends

• Prepare and file sales tax returns

• Audit inventory reconciliations

• Complete ad hoc compliance and projects as assigned

• Assist in KPI and financial statement analysis

• Prepare and maintain fixed asset, prepaid, and deferred revenue schedules

• Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control procedures

• Assist with budget preparation

• Assist in basic cost accounting analysis

• Assist with cash flow projections and planning

• All other duties as assigned

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting required

• 3-5 years of experience preferred

• Public Accounting experience a plus

• Experience with multi-entity accounting a plus

• Accounts Payable Experience a plus

• Detailed oriented

• Inquisitive attitude always wanting to learn new things

• Strong communication skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Works well with others and independently
