Position: Senior Technology Operations Analyst

Location: NYC, NY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced White Glove Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting Cisco or Poly video conference endpoints, Crestron and other A/V gear, as well as excellent business acumen and executive level support experience. The candidate should possess the ability to maintain a flexible schedule and be comfortable troubleshooting Crestron control and audio DSP systems, resolving issues with integrated video conference equipment while meetings are in progress when possible. Familiarity with management applications such as TMS, CMS, CUCM, Control Hub, and Crestron Fusion is essential, and installation experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide white glove technical support to executive-level users in a corporate environment.
• Ensure smooth operation of Cisco or Poly video conference endpoints, Crestron control systems, and other A/V equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with integrated video conference equipment during live meetings when feasible.
• Collaborate with IT and A/V teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain and update management applications such as TMS, CMS, CUCM, Control Hub, and Crestron Fusion.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system testing to identify and address potential issues.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of video conference endpoints, A/V gear, and related systems as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for utilizing video conference and A/V equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical expertise and experience supporting Cisco or Poly video conference endpoints.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Crestron control systems, audio DSP systems, and integrated video conference equipment.
• Extensive experience with management applications such as TMS, CMS, CUCM, Control Hub, and Crestron Fusion.
• Excellent business acumen and prior experience supporting executive-level users.
• Proven ability to deliver white glove support and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Prior experience in A/V installation is considered a plus.
