As a Staff Accountant you will work within the Staff Accounting team to provide operational and financial accounting support to both Sales and Administrative teams.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
- General Ledger analysis and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and related journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Complete Monthly Sales Analysis
- Prepare Daily Sales and Booking Reports and Bank Dashboard
- Assist with Sales Tax determination; vetting resale and tax exemption certificates
- Perform other daily banking functions
- Assist with annual financial audit
- Credit Memo Processing
- Other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years progressive accounting experience
- 2+ years of general ledger experience
- Experience maintaining integrity and accuracy of accounting data
- Can effectively use MS Office Suite, intermediate MS Excel skills
- Ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to manage competing priorities and be deadline driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively interact with internal and external contacts to provide excellent support and service
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to multi-state sales tax administration
- Experience with MS Dynamics NAV
