The Product Content Creation Team is an integral part of Fanatics. Our team collaborates daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech and Business Management teams. We take pride in creating a fun, casual and supportive environment. About your team:
The studio team at Fanatics is looking to add a Styling Assistant for our peak season. Working during our busiest time of year in a face-paced environment, you’ll be primarily responsible for helping the studio team. As their primary support staff, your role will include scanning and moving physical inventory from prep to set and back out to inventory, prepping out garments to be shot, learning the basics of styling products for an e-commerce site and more. With this role, we’ll need you to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
Your responsibilities include:
- handling various types of products.
- filling in where needed within a studio environment.
- Scanning and sorting products for studio flow.
- working to prepare the product for a set.
- working with both hard goods and soft goods.
- utilizing set standards to achieve product imagery.
- being able to absorb constructive feedback in order to expedite turnaround times.
- light use of PhotoShop.

We’re excited about you because you:
- have an advanced degree or related experience as a studio stylist, wardrobe stylist, retail or visual merchandiser. (BFA preferred)
- cumulative experience working in a fast-paced, high volume, studio environment.
- have a professional portfolio demonstrating knowledge and expertise as it pertains to product styling and visual production.
- have proficiency at, and maintain current working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- have advanced knowledge of and practical experience with modern styling methods and proven techniques.
- have a working understanding of photography workflows and file delivery practices.
- have superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and intuitive problem-solving skills.
- have exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to multi-task between projects and aggressive deadlines.
- have the ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs.
- have the ability to perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
- are able to work overtime and can work a varying schedule when needed.
