JLS Job Requirement for:
Systems Engineer (ServiceNow)
Location: Dulles, VA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Serves as a Systems Engineer and Business Process Consultant of a ServiceNow platform
- Design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment
- Collaborate with customers to improve ServiceNow platform and ITSM/ITIL processes
- Lead customer design workshops
- Review and approve:
- User stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer
- Lead customer design workshops
- Manage ITSM process and business requirements
- Teach and mentor other members of the ServiceNow and partner ecosystem
Qualifications:
- BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related
- 10+ years of Systems engineering experience
- 4+ years of experience with the following:
- ServiceNow platforms
- Supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development
- Experience deploying future-state ITSM processes and identifying solutions
- Experience analyzing and recommending ITSM strategies
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with collaboration tools including:
- MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
