Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, personalized and quality support by evaluating and troubleshooting talent
  • management system issues, quickly interpreting situations, identifying escalation points and coordinating and communicating resolutions
  • Contribute to consistent process application by sharing knowledge, collaborating with peers, providing support and training end users to ensure understanding of process and systems
  • Audit recruitment files and conduct/communicate necessary changes and actions items to ensure data accuracy and influence application of established processes
  • Complete administrative duties to support full recruitment cycle
  • Support talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens as needed to contribute to effective management of workload
  • Change applicant records as needed by utilizing established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity and legal compliance

  • Use logic to address work-related issues and problems

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selecting talent
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Basic computer hardware and software to perform common work tasks

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years' staffing experience in any high volume industry
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System(s)
  • Experience with scheduling interviews, running background checks, writing/extending offer letters
  • Forward thinking, extreme attention to detail, high accuracy rate*** client and candidate minded

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workday

Educational Requirement:

  • Associate's Degree Preferred
