CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Position: Corrections Therapists/Counselors (LCSW/LMSW/LPC/MHC)
- Location: Greater Phoenix, area, Florence
- Schedule: Days, 40 hrs per week. *Must be open on weekends.*
- Length of assignment: 13 weeks with the potential to extend.
Local Pay - All Locations
LCSW, LPC:
- Local Rate: $72.00/hr, OT $108.00/hr
- Gross Pay: $2,880 per week
- Local Rate: $65.00/hr, OT $97.50/hr
- Gross Pay: $2,600 per week
Travel Pay (varies by location)

- Hourly: $35.00
- Overtime Rate: $103.13
- Per Diem: $1,350.00
- Gross on 40 hours: $2,750.00

- Per Diem: $1,500.00

Requirements/Duties:
- Masters prepared candidate in counseling or human services with a current, unrestricted independent license in the state of AZ (LCSW, LPC)-Temp License is OK.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health care setting.
- Must have knowledge and experience in the treatment of mental health, substance abuse disorders, discharge planning, social work, individual and group behavior, and crisis de-escalation.
- Must be able to manage and maintain physical and mental health when encountering stressful situations.
- Perform and document mental health evaluations, progress notes, individual/group counseling notes, and suicide watch notes.
- Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients’ mental health care and release dates.
- Participate in educational and training activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V criteria.
- Valid CPR card.
