Sharon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly and motivated veterinary receptionist to join our growing team. We are a two-doctor, general practice providing superb medical care to small animals and outstanding client service to their families. Must have strong interpersonal skills, good computer knowledge, and mathematical skills. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in the veterinary field in a client service role. The majority of responsibilities include: answering phones, making appointments, checking people in/out, maintaining an organized front desk, and other responsibilities. For candidates with the experience or interest in learning there is opportunity to cross-train as a veterinary assistant as well. Schedule can be flexible but some Saturday and evening hours are expected. Highly competitive salary and benefits.
