All Breed Pet Care is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Receptionist to join our upbeat and positive team!

Compensation is based on experience and starts at $13/hour.

Our CSR’s are the face of our clinic and an essential and important part of our team!

Examples of duties include:

• Providing an excellent customer service experience
• Maintaining client and patient records
• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Payment processing
• Client education
• Keeping the lobby clean; can sometimes involve cleaning animal feces, urine or vomit.

Essential veterinary customer service representative skills include the ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, an understanding of basic veterinary terminology, and the ability to organize. Veterinary experience is preferred but it is not needed so long as you are committed to learning in a fast-paced environment.
