Position Overview | Vice President - Housing & Supportive Services

  • Schedule: Mon- Fri 8 am-5 pm (remote and in-office mix)
  • Pay: DOE

The VP of Housing & Support Services Role and How You WILL Make a Difference

The Vice President ensures the continuance of daily operations for client services, manages current and future projects, ensures programs are financially viable, ensures that quality services are being provided in the programs, and builds and maintains key relationships to ensure continued client and company success. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Scope: Provides administrative supervision and oversight to operations and clinical leaders. Coordinating with and training program leaders and Team Leads to ensure that staff understands unit business/area plan and how each member serves to ensure its fulfillment.
  • Clinical Scope: Works to ensure all programs are following the program design/schedule. Ensuring that evidence-based practices or promising practices are used in all programs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensures required minimum completion of periodic Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Business/Area Plan Monitoring: Develops a solid understanding of the business/area plan and the critical elements for fulfillment. While working with the CEO around developing a growth plan and conducting market analysis to determine sites for future growth.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Works with Regulatory Oversight Dept and Valley leadership to ensure compliance with all related and applicable regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, grants, licensing, audits, and property management.
  • Communication: Maintains an active presence in programs and engages the community. Including proactively communicating with staff, peers, and direct supervisor.
  • Congruence to Culture: Understands and supports the vision of collaboration and partnership to resolve complex problems with urgency, creativity, and patience. As well as, participating and supporting opportunities offered for Leadership Development and coaching to ensure continuous growth and development of self and team.

Who We’d Love to Join Our Team? We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Services, or related field
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience overseeing and implementing deeply affordable housing programs
  • Experience in managing multiple diverse programs simultaneously
  • Five years of experience managing operations, budgets, and projects
  • Five years of leadership experience
  • Five years of managing behavioral health treatment programs
  • Must live in Salt Lake County, Utah
