Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring Packaging Associates for our client located in Hendersonville, NC. This is a temp to perm position, when converted to perm all employees are eligible for company paid health insurance (employee and dependents) effective day 1.

Start date: Hiring immediately!!

Pay rate: $20.00/hr.

Shift: 7a-3:30p M-F

Skills:

• Power tool experience (drill, rivet gun, nail gun, and hand saw)
• Metal and/or wood assembly (preferred)
• The ability to read a tape measure
• Forklift experience (preferred, but not required)

Qualified candidates should have the ability to:

• Work independently and on a team
• Work in hot/cold environments
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to cross-train in other departments
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures

Job duties

• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders)
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience;
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
