Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with expertise in web development technologies, frameworks, and languages. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. Responsible for definition, functional design, development, testing, and support of web-based data-driven portals.

I. Position Responsibilities: Essential

• Conducting business requirements analysis and design with limited support from professional staff.
• Developing web-based portals that satisfy current and changing business needs including both client-side and server-side architectures.
• Develop and maintain complex web applications and websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving program/code/application issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining and upgrading code, frameworks, and other associated software
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion regarding access to sensitive business information (Financials, HR, client, PHI, etc.).
• Testing (Technical Testing) new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate.
• Documenting code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.
• Designing, developing, and implementing backup and recovery protocols and procedures for all business-critical applications.
• Reviewing, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance to avoid outages, loss of data, or other business continuity concerns.
• Ability to research and solve complex issues and problems.
• Support windows servers performing any maintenance and necessary updates.

II. Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• 4-6 years IT Experience
• Experience with application development (C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Experience with the ASP.NET MVC Architecture
• Experience with Entity framework
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with IIS/Windows Server
• Experience working with managers / business analysts to review and refine requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Project and task oriented with a focus on details.

III. Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent professional experience
• 4-6 Years of ASP.NET MVC C# Experience
• Experience with .NET Core
• Experience with Kendo UI

Travel Demands: minimal to none.

Compensation (Salary, Exempt): $90,000 - $100,000
