Your Role
You will manage the Kuehne+Nagel Contract Logistics Information Systems (WMS, TMS). You will be the first-level support, set up user trainings, onboarding of new customers, coordinating with the national/regional CL Information Systems Team and other relevant counterparts for further developments. This is onsite role and you will report to General ManagerYour Responsibilities
- You will support in Logistics-Process design and mapping
- You will do error analysis, recovery and trouble shooting
- You will support in preparation and follow up of open issue list
- You will conduct audits to ensure the users are operating the system as per the guidelines, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures
- You will conduct the testing of Software with Regional team
Your Skills and Experiences
- Experience in MS Office Professional like MS-ACCESS-database applications
- 5+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Center / Pharma Cold Chain Warehouse environment
- 5+ years management experience in high-volume, distribution center / warehouse environment
- Knowledge of technical processes related to standard warehouse equipment and applications such as racking, WMS systems and MHE
- Prior experience working in healthcare/medical device regulated environment
