We are hiring for an internal Account Executive/Sales Representative with prior staffing industry experience

Full time, Internal Position

M-F

Territory - Open Market

Pay DOE 20.00 - 28.00/HR + commission

We are a growing full-service staffing firm with 4 established offices in Southern California (Ontario, Hacienda Heights, Artesia). We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Executive/Sales Rep with a proven sales track record and strong relationship building skills. Previous experience working with clients in the light industrial market is a plus.

Ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

-2 years of experience in the staffing industry is a requirement

-Must be able to generate, self-source prospective leads

-Will be asked to perform customer service and account maintenance duties

-Must be able to manage pipeline of prospects

-Must be able to track and report daily to management and sales lead.

-Must be comfortable with both inside and outside sales duties

-Must be able to develop longstanding relationships with potential clientele.

-Must be able to effectively communicate (with recruitment team, management, clients)
