Core Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves month-end Journal Entries
• Run Business Intelligence reports to review billing balances.
• Processing of various account reconciliations.
• Review existing processes; proactively explore the opportunity for improvements, and communicate a plan.
• Assist the Oracle Support team and Information Technology to complete upgrades and testing.
• Analysis of aged receivables.
• Write-off analysis and review.
• Completion of updates to GAPs and Corporate Instructions.
• Prepare reports and statistical analysis as needed.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum two years of work experience in accounting, finance or related field Required and
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office suite. Required and
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Required and
• Proficiency with company applications including Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

• Must push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds

Other Physical Demands

• Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
• Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
