Position: ACI Certified Concrete Flatwork Finisher Technician
Company: Loenbro Industrial Construction
Reports To: Foreman/PM
Location: Billings, MT
Loenbro is looking to hire an ACI Certified Concrete Flatwork Finisher Technician for work in the Billings area. This position will place, consolidate, finish, edge, joint, cure and protect concrete flatwork
Job Duties:

  • Planning for slab-on-ground placement
  • Concrete materials, mixture proportioning, and control tests
  • Preparation before placing concrete
  • Floor flatness and levelness
  • Placing equipment
  • Finishing tools and equipment
  • Procedures for finishing slabs-on-ground
  • Jointing
  • Curing and protection of concrete
  • Finishing problems and possible solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • ACI Certified ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification required with applicable documentation
  • Previous related experience in construction field
  • 1 + years of concrete finishing experience a must
  • Must be able to pull straight-edge
  • Hand and Power trowel experience
  • Edge and broom experience
