Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager, sales team and customers
• Answers telephone, route calls, takes detailed messages
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorizations
• Reconcile payments to the till and prepare bank deposits
• Maintains filing system
• Updates supply list as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe, office environment
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
