We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, maintaining records, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers and other departments.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
• Greet visitors, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
