Noordyk Business Equipment is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Team. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, efficient and comfortable being a member of a team with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. The ideal candidate for this job is energetic, resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Job Duties:
- Respond to questions and requests for information from customers as well as team members
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Work closely with the Sales Team by drafting lease and service contract documents, emails and reports when appropriate
- Assist with sales workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling bank/credit card accounts
- Assist with Shipping/Receiving when needed
Education and Skills:
- High School diploma or GED required, business related college degree or business office experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and master additional proprietary software
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
