Noordyk Business Equipment is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Team. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, efficient and comfortable being a member of a team with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. The ideal candidate for this job is energetic, resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to questions and requests for information from customers as well as team members
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Work closely with the Sales Team by drafting lease and service contract documents, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Assist with sales workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
  • Manage Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciling bank/credit card accounts
  • Assist with Shipping/Receiving when needed

Education and Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED required, business related college degree or business office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn and master additional proprietary software
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • 1+ years business office experience
