RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in Farmersville, Texas!
Responsibilities and Requirements of this position include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Answer phones and greet clients with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and strong follow up on tasks.
- Strong ability to proof-read documents.
- Strong knowledge of windows file explorer to properly file documents.
- Ability to create labels and do mail merges.
- Knowledge of how to properly format documents and proposals.
- Intermediate skills in excel to be able to create reports.
- Strong outlook knowledge such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, creating professional emails, using proper email etiquette.
- Ability to plan and coordinate company events.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint is a plus, but not required.
Additionally, this position requires the willingness to perform more menial tasks such as taking recycle bin in and out, stocking snacks, retrieving mail from PO box daily, run errands such as picking up supplies or delivering documents to clients or to county court houses, empty trash if needed to maintain a clean working environment, etc.
