SUMMARY- This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for FirstLight Home Care clients and staff, maintaining communication with clients, families, and staff, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Associate’s degree preferred.
- Prior scheduling and/or customer service experience preferred.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, & REGISTRATION
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain valid auto insurance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong telephone skills and ability to project a friendly, resourceful demeanor.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills as well as a positive, professional business image.
- Proficient skills in contact relationship management
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful, adverse, and ever-changing situations
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight
