Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Preferred experience in the Apartment Industry
• Must be experienced with: Painting/Texture, Drywall repairs, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliance Repairs.
• Must be able to perform work orders, turn units, grounds pick-up, exterior projects
• Must have a professional and positive attitude! Must be organized!
• Good Customer Service/People skills!
• Must have own personal tools!
• Must be willing to take on-call emergency phone and respond to emergencies
• Must have a Valid/Current Driver’s license

• Driver's License (Preferred)
