We are hoping to hire a professional, reliable, Assistant Interior Designer and Selections Coordinator to assist us with managing the selection process for prospective homeowners at residential Home Building Company in the Wilmington North Carolina area. Job Responsibilities
- Inspired, detailed-oriented, innovative, dependable, honest, service oriented, knowledgeable about industry resources and experienced in presenting to clients
- Take ownership of their work
- Establishing design concepts and schemes
- Must be confident and able to lead client meetings as well as maintain meticulous project files electronically
- Gets excited to engage with our clientele on a daily basis; Can create and build long lasting relationships to drive referrals
- Gets excited to develop and share new ideas and strategies
- Navigate internal software to update most recent documents and selections
- Thrives in a fast paced, upscale setting geared toward ultimate customer satisfaction
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Initiative to follow through with pending items, anticipating questions, and creating solutions
- Working through projects from start to finish within budget constraints, and effectively communicating with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle multiple projects
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- Must be able to work well independently without much supervision and practice discretion with confidential client and business information.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Compensation and Benefits
· 40 Hour Weeks
· Salary based upon experience
