ROCKIN' JUMP, the Ultimate Trampoline Park, is seeking a full or part time Assistant Manager (30+ hours/wk) for its Palmdale location!

Supporting the General Manager in these Major Areas of Responsibility:

Safety of customers & employees

Customer Relations

Store Cleanliness

Store Operations

Store Profitability

Management of all staff members (hiring, training, development, performance management, promotion, counseling and termination)

Scheduling staff work schedules

Ensure all established Processes and Procedures are followed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Good knowledge of Retail

Management Experience in handling personnel matters

Customer Relations

Expert Budgeting and math skills

Superior Cash Management

Excellent communication skills

Exceptional Customer Service skills

Computer and Internet savvy

Education and Experience:

AA Degree or Prior retail store or restaurant management experience

Work Schedule:

Must have a flexible schedule as our store is open daily, which requires morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability.

Physical Demands: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

90% of job responsibilities are performed while standing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
