Associate Director, US Patient Engagement Therapeutic Area
Job description
The Associate Director, PE Disease Area supports the implementation and execution of the PE Strategy and the 5 Decision points for specific disease areas. The
role partners with PE TA Director and Dir and AD PE Global to achieve strategic US PE objectives and priorities and contribute to Global PE strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of patient engagement priorities in alignment with the TA strategy, PE Global and develop, and implement relevant activities
- Support the establishment of relationships with leading US patient organizations
- Support implementation of regulatory and policy/access patient engagement strategies in disease areas.
- Lead, collaborate, and co-create with patient groups integrated campaigns/initiatives to shape and execute unbranded programs around patient needs
- Collaborate on appropriate patient engagement activities across all functions marketing, medical, market access, HEOR, early development, digital/innovation, patient services
- Collaborate with US patient community to input into global TA development and commercial strategies
- Ensure compliant execution of funding and engagement activities
- Ensure all aspects of the project management run effectively and efficiently, identify and resolve upcoming issues, improve processes and channel information, ensure quality deliverable

Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Multinationals and at least 3 years in Patient Engagement combined with a good knowledge of marketing, medical and market access and strong US Healthcare systems and market knowledge
