Northern Clearing Inc., a leader in right of way clearing is currently seeking a Field Office Manager.
Primary Focus:
- Setup and maintain a field construction office
- Submit and track project hours, timekeeping records, jobsite inventory, project progress reports, supervisor logs, etc.
- Track project equipment
- Bulk Fuel Tracking and Tank Reconciliation
- Code and collect receipts from crew members
- Ensure compliance with all company and client expectations.
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in Office Management
- Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred.
- Professional Degree or Diploma
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Well versed and comfortable on a computer
- Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
More about the Job:
- This is a position based in the Northeast United States any may require some travel.
- The office location will be in the Massena-Potsdam, NY area.
- We obtained some long term projects and looking to hire semi-locally.
- Our project scheduled are typically 6 day per week 10 hr. days. (Monday-Saturday)
