Job Description

• Perform electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic system design in support of custom automated assembly, inspection, fixturing and robotic systems.
• PLC and HMI programming utilizing RSLogix and FTView
• Programming with multiple robot languages: Epson, Kawasaki, Fanuc
• Provide general engineering and CAD electrical drawings for machinery (internal or external) as required
• Oversee the set-up and functioning of all automated equipment and machinery
• Participate in final system functional performance testing
• Research new equipment / technologies and recommend alternative engineering solutions to management to meet business needs
• Develop clear understanding of new automated equipment intended function, communicate/train technicians on set-ups and maintenance

Key Skills

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, or computer-generated reports
• Ability to work productively and maintain project timelines with minimal supervision
• Electrical controls knowledge/aptitude
• Proficient with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and sensors
• Proficient with robots; Emson, Kawasaki, Fanuc
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic operation
• Ability to problem solve
• Handle stress and adapt based on production needs

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 10 hour shift

Experience:

• Allen Bradley and PLC's: 1 year (Preferred)
• CAD electrical drawings: 1 year (Preferred)
