Position Overview:
A Service Sales Associate identifies prospects via the Service Drive, qualifies leads to assist customers' interest in a trade-in, and helps customers in all aspects of the appraisal and trade-in process. This includes product presentation, selling, appraising vehicles with approval from the Sales desk, negotiating, presenting the vehicle features, and closing sales transactions.

• You have the proven ability to establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys.
• You value the customer experience and possess the ability to discuss terms with clients in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining profit levels at or above company standards.
• You thrive on staying informed and educated on all product model features and benefits.
• You are team-focused and can act as a liaison between Service Drive and Salesforce members.
• You are a dedicated, energetic team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Continuously developed new and qualified customer leads via the service drive.
• They are calling customers to confirm scheduled vehicles for appraisal.
• Develop a relationship with the customer and gauge interest in a trade-up.
• Closed sales are consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
• Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep informed, establish, maintain, and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position to the standards set.
• Seek to understand and then comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to the standards and goals established for the position.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills in the following platforms or their equivalent: Microsoft Office, Cox Automotive DealerTrack, Cox Automotive Vinsolutions, Cox Automotive Provision, and Mastermind.
• Customer service experience.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
