ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Benefits Specialist, you will support the benefits function by assisting with the communication, navigation and explanation of CBRE’s health and wellbeing benefit offerings. You will educate employees on their specific benefits plans as well as answer benefits/claims/pharmacy/healthcare questions, and assist with managing our US benefits and wellbeing programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Assist Benefits Delivery and HR Business Partners with resolving employee escalations; act as an employee liaison by communicating with benefit vendors to resolve issues to completion, and provide resolution to employees in a clear, concise and professional manner; escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop multi-channel benefit communications in partnership with Corporate Communications and communications vendor to drive employee engagement and program knowledge, including Annual Enrollment materials.
  • Support M&A and transition teams with due diligence review and integration activities.
  • Create and host benefits presentations for various internal teams as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, People Team Leadership) to ensure transparency and synergies are being optimized.
  • Develop tools and strategies to improve employees’ understanding of benefits package.
  • Partner with wellbeing contractor to lead and promote existing wellbeing initiatives, increase awareness and provide program recommendations.
  • Assist Benefits Manager in monitoring plan performance, data trends, program costs, market landscape, and employee experience in order to evaluate and recommend new programs, process improvements, or services that complement overall Total Rewards strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
