Columbus Auto Group is currently seeking a Body Shop Manager. Previous Body Shop Management experience is a major plus but not requires. We would also consider a candidate with a great track record of estimating or production management. We are offering top compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and huge growth potential.

We currently have 5 brands feeding our Collision Center and are about to expand our facilities. Thus, we are looking for a high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance and strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Regional Collision Manager to oversee all daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure delivery of excellent results consistently on all aspects of the business.
• Manage resource scheduling and allocation Implementation and adherence of work standard quality Understand and own every aspect of the team's performance.
• You will be responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service.
• We expect you to champion safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all your actions and decisions.
• Forecast and surpass goals and objectives for the site through regular audits of shop operations.
• Take ownership and create a culture of accountability, always maintaining the integrity of the Tesla brand, its processes, procedures, and values.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback and have a deep knowledge of your team's strengths and opportunities.
• You will be responsible for leading change and inspiring your team every day.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Regional Collision Manager
