RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete pre-wash prior to repairs
• Wash and detail customer vehicles at the completion of the repair.
• Work with the entire team to ensure on-time delivery of customer vehicles
• Interact with customers, shop staff, and support team in a professional and courteous manner
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from storage
• Maintain building and grounds as needed
• Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
• Perform other duties given by Supervisor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work

COMPENSATION:

The Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $20.00.
