This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintaining existing account relationships and introducing new Calix offerings to customers and new prospects in assigned territory.
Managing the complete and complex sales cycle, winning new accounts and ensuring that Calix stays positively positioned within existing accounts by growing revenue, locking out competition and uncovering new opportunities.
Acting as the trusted advisor to our customers.
Cold calling prospects.
Research and stay up to date on the most recent industry trends.
Research and engage with emerging providers in the Tribal Communities.
Qualifications:
Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated. Calix will consider requests for reasonable accommodations as required under applicable law.
Experience selling technology/cloud/software solutions and platforms along with business solutions .
Understanding and passion for solutions such as social media platforms, marketing innovation, and internet of things.
Proficiency in sales methodologies such as SPIN selling, Karrass negotiation training, and salesforce.com.
