Job description

Growing call center located in the city of Bingham Farms, MI needs to hire full-time, reliable agents. All applicants are welcome to apply with little or no experience as we provide full training. This is a great opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role in a vastly growing call center.

Duties:

• Answering all inbound calls
• Explain and outline different warranty options for the client
• Cover coverage benefits and our claims process
• Take credit card payments over the phone
• The ability to overcome negatives by using different rebuttals
• Cover different payment options

Requirements:

• Ability to read and speak English
• Must be able to work full time, Monday - Friday
• Customer service/ Call center experience is a huge plus but not required
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional deminer

Schedule:

• ALL positions will be Monday - Friday 10 am -7 pm
• Training hours will be the same Monday - Friday 10 am -7 pm

Pay:

• Hourly pay $15 per hour
• Added commissions for clients that sign up for new services
• Weekly cash bonuses are held for the highest performers for that week
• Pay will be weekly
