Case Manager
Job description
Provide direct oversight and behavioral treatment analysis for in-home, and potentially group home clients, consistent with ABA supervision. Create and write client programs; analyze session data and perform graphing of said data; write progress reports of client status. In addition, the ABA Supervisor is responsible for providing ongoing training and development for Behavior Technicians in order to ensure the most effective and evidence-based treatments following the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis are being implemented for all clients.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Meet with the client's BCBA 1x week to discuss case progress
- Meet with new client to review FBA
- Maintain a working knowledge of advances in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Maintain ongoing communication with the BT & BCBA assigned to your client
- Manage and oversee the effectiveness of all services for assigned clients, as directed by the Clinical Director or General Manager
- Provide parent training as directed by BCBA or Lead Clinical ABA Supervisor
- Analyze BT data collection and update programs in collaboration with BCBA
BT Training Responsibilities:
- Upon receipt of new client FBA/Initial Treatment Plan from BCBA with short and long term goals, create a training/review for the BT going to work with the client.
- Assist the BCBA in providing ongoing and effective training for all clinical staff, that is compliant with BACB guidelines for all clients, and operational procedures for EDBSS
- Identify skills and techniques BTs need more training on and provide that training during sessions if appropriate or meet outside of the session with the BT
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Provide a minimum of 10% of direct supervision time, per assigned case, per month
- Provide in-person supervision to clients and BTs. Remote supervision is only allowed if the session format is telehealth, Supervisor is ill, or if the client has a history of cancellations and the drive is over 30 minutes. All supervision being provided remotely must be reported to the Clinical Director, Rachel Greene for approval (excluding telehealth clients).
- Must maintain an 80/20 ratio of billable time versus indirect time each month of assigned caseload
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or another related field
or
Enrollment in, and consistent provision of proof of progress toward a master’s program in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or another related field

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
