SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for completion of daily catering orders and deli side prep along with ensuring par levels for select products are maitained. Provides support to General Manager and other members of the team. Reports to the General Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Sells HBH products to corporate customers in support of the stores Catering sales goal.
• Performs administrative and recordkeeping duties such as accepting and preparing orders, maintain accurate cash handling, Reconciling sales activity, entering sales into POS system.
• Assist in drives catering activities in local trade area.
• Responsible for catering activities such as Black Friday, holiday catering, lunch and learns, etc.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

• Places follow-up calls to customers prior to order receipt and after order receipt to ensure customer satisfaction with the process and purchase.
• Reports customer issues and major changes to the General Manager for resolution.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Great organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some direct selling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Outlook.
• Customer service experience a plus.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• HS Diploma or GED with sales experience.

Salary: $7.50 to $8.00 /hour
