The CIS Fulfillment Coordinator will assist in the day to day recruiting operations in the department.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound/outbound community calls.
- Serve as Independent Contractor support on escalated issues as needed.
- Assign Contractors to open jobs. Complete Ad-Hoc Recruiting as needed.
- Correspond with Clients regarding the status of their jobs.
- Identify target audiences with high value for recruitment.
- Act as a core contributor across the operation to assist where needed to ensure client deliverable are met.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for individuals that have questions before, during, or after joining the Looker community.
- Coordinate dispatch of independent contractor to assigned inspection.
- Other duties as assigned.
- GED or High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service
- Full time position.
- Must be able to work on weekends as needed.
- Willing to work extended hours if needed.
- Proficient with Excel, Google Docs and Sheets.
- Must be tech savvy to quickly navigate and sort through websites.
- Strong telecommunication marketing skills.
- Ability to take initiative and execute with minimal instructions.
- Comfortable handling heavy inbound call volume.
- Willingness to learn new programs and engage in different platforms.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple platforms, spreadsheets, and interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, and articulate all the facts in hand to engage the proper resources to assist our Independent Contractors.
- Possess analytical skills needed to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.
- Product management experience is a plus.
